With intention, you move into a mindful labyrinth walk just outside the temple, deeply nurtured by the flow of the river and the lush rainforest surrounding you.
You find a quiet nook beneath a tree to journal—letting your heart’s whisperings find their way to the page.
Later, Chef Luis prepares another creative and colorful lunch, served on the open-air patio with stunning views. In the afternoon, you opt for a soul-soothing massage followed by a luxurious nap, giving your body what it needs.
You rejoin the group for a meditative art experience—Mindfulness Mandala—designed to quiet the mind and ignite creativity. As the day begins to wind down, a stroll along one of the guided forest paths stirs both your senses and your appetite.
You return to a five-star, plant-based dinner crafted with love—nourishment for your body, mind, and spirit. The day ends with restorative yoga and a sound bath ceremony in the temple, gently guiding you into deep rest and peaceful sleep under the stars.
